What do you mean?
Just find a sprite sheet from places like this: www.spriters-resource.com
and import one of them into your flash. Then just use the "Trace Bitmap" option on the sprite sheet.
Then just copy paste each frame onto another frame.
But I was never good at explaining things, I recommend watching a sprite tutorial here to learn how to use sprites. http://www.newgrounds.com/collect ion/flashtutorials

But, you COULD just take the already animated gif like thoes and right click on them and "save as" then import to your flash library... But its harder that way because then youd have all kinds of other items in your library that comes with it.
